I've done a good job on the workouts this week. I've also done a lot of other physical activities around the house, and several long dog walks. So I feel pretty good about the exercise component. The diet component has been pretty good, with the usual small lapses.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
