Off to the gym this am. Woke up with rly bad leg cramps and a headache. Hopefully it goes away. Hope everyone has a great Friday! Party time 🥳

I take 250mg on a regular basis. Sometimes if I feel like I need it, I’ll double my dose. I take it at night.
