No frost on the windows this morning. Feels good. I've moved more to maintenance calories with 2 days OMAD at 1000 calories. Feeling rather happy.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
