Post 36 hour fast. I'll be adjusting my diet. Creatine has definately bumped weight, though I have to admit I'm struggling to keep calories in line in the -20 weather. March is almost here.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
