New week, brand spankin' new goals. Resetting the goal weight to 170. Some said before that I looked too skinny at 175, but to hell with them. I care more about my own goals when it comes to my body. So Cardio, resistance training, and eating more strict is the plan. No more slacking!

184.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jess, I tell him constantly... And he's the one that says it's about the mirror and not the scale right :-)??? Be like me and try tpo focus on toning rather than the number. I'm hoping if I do that then the rest will just come along with it. I'd throw my damnscale out the window but I'm obsessed with it. I need a new one but I'm so bad I'm terrified to get it because it may put my weight even higher. Sick I know.

I'm looking forward to this picture-progress that you speak of - you should probably just post pictures daily so we can monitor you as you go, not just at the 'end'.. just sayin... :) I agree about the dang scale - I want to just focus on toning up and not think about the number, but I can't help it!

Ya, I agree. The scale's just another tool and the mirror still trumps it. But it does help quantify at least some aspect.
