My weight has been bouncing between 165 and 172. I can gain or loose up to 5 lb in a single night. I'm not sure why. My diet at the moment is healthy. Low on grains. High on vegetables.

I've added ginger, cinnamon, lavendar honey, and more garlic, white tea, green tea.

I've cut down my coffee and I am starting to add cinnamon to it. My goal is to reduce the amount of sweetener that I eat.

I'm still active daily, but am not exercising. My water intake isn't up to par but I'm drinking a lot of tea.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
