Down 1 1/2 lbs, probably water retention but I'll take it! It was raining so hard yesterday that I didn't go to the gym, even though I had the whole day off. But I did do some circuit training with hand weights & a stretchy band, followed by 35 min. on the elliptical. Today the sun is out and I MUST get outside for awhile. I'm actually off work until Jan. 7th, but I'm not traveling. I'm just hanging out at my house, planning to do some cleaning & re-organizing. Yeah, we'll see if THAT happens, LOL!
153.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
