Carbs last night. Oats for breakfast. Weight might rise a bit, but the alternate day fasting is probably the easiest way of management I've found. 24 hours with an evening meal let's me sleep properly. 2 days of maintenance for the weekend.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
