Up 2/10ths of a pound. Granted I ate some things I shouldn't have last week but still didn't average over 1,000 calories. I was on the run all week with appointments and classes. This week's not looking any better timewise.
Eye doctor appointment went okay. She still didn't write me a new prescription. Says not enough change to warrant new glasses. But I think I could use new reading glasses. That print just keeps getting smaller and smaller. Scheduled another appointment in 6 months. In the meantime she told me to get a pair of readers from Walgreens.
Still got more kitchen clutter to box up for the Goodwill store. Kitchen cupboards are getting more organized so that's a plus. Just the two of us, so I've been trying to clear out the extra dishes, large pots and pans, and big casserole dishes, plus tons of mismatched glasses and cups. Just don't need all that after retirement. I don't cook to to entertain. Most of our friends are big on eating out, that way everyone gets what they want. But I did keep one larger casserole dish and a big salad bowl for taking to holiday get-togethers. That'll have to do.
Hope everyone has a healthy, happy week this week and any problems are tiny ones. 😊
