Eating what I should be, when I should be. Getting more than enough water and exercising daily is what I am most impressed by. You expect the scale to say something way different, but you can't let that number knock your hard work and dedication. Take care everyone.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
