Back from a week with dad. Had a great time. Calipers say no change in body fat. Lots of carbs over the week. Did intermittent fasting most days, but are quite a bit. Shouldn't take long to get back on track.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
