Still trying to wean off the chest meal 🤣. No carbs tho just a sh@t ton of cals. Meh! Now I’m worried I’ve bit a tiny ever so minuscule stall
224.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Stalls happen... it's what you DO following it which speaks to your tenacity - and you've proven yourself VERY tenacious!

I actually do feel better after it. Lol. I feel less bloated overall and feel like I have better control. Is that the purpose I wonder ? Lol. I don’t believe we should cheat per se but I feel good

I think we all need a break once in a while, some of us just take bigger launch's into that break. it all works out in the end and we jump start our system.
