Oh my goodness. I didn’t think I ate much today but I’m feeling like a gigantic fat cow! 🐮 🐮 🐮

Tomorrow will be better!!!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 75.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh you should see me, I have already had 1400 calories today. I ate breakfast and was hungry and my blood glucose was dropping by 10 oclock. ate a lite lunch early at 11 and I was still hungry. I am betting I will definitely hit 1800+ today. don't sweat it, sometimes our body says feed me! stay within your carbs and you will do fine.
