New month and a great time to refocus on my health. I'm going to start tracking my food again and being more aware of me. Haven't been focused for a while now. New month new me!! Started exercising again today. Felt so good. Sore but it's a good sore. Need more of it!!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
