Are sooo much yesterday that I didn’t track 🤔😒 but no change! Been hungry 🐻
229.4 lb Lost so far: 70.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it is sometimes a good thing to eat especially if you are staying within the plan. the body needs the extra sometimes.
