I avoided the cake, but had a traditional cream tea - I used to love them, but this time I found it far too sweet. Hopefully I won't crave them too much in the future.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like your taste buds have changed and/or you have been staying away from sweets for an some time. When I have certain deserts nowadays, I get a buzz which is fun and scary.

The English put-cream-in-their-tea! :) :) I love that FatSecret brings us all together and exposes us to different things :)

The English more argue as whether you should put the jam or the cream on your scones (pronounced scOWns or scons depending too!). I also broke tradition and had it with coffee.

Yeah I would want to put something on my scones. I guess that may get me thrown out... :)
