I took a weight-lifting / calisthenics class last night. So tired this morning. Good news -- I'm under 200 pounds now! Barely under at 199.5, but still under!
199.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
