180831: Glucose =85 mg/dL, weight = 196.9, AcAc=0.2-0.4 g/L, Sleep ~7:00 hrs., pain 7/10 upon wake, ~2after exercise & ibuprofen, Leucine 4g 1x/day apparently helping myclonus.edema still absent!
196.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
