I've done well the last two days in both the diet and exercise areas. We're having relatives over today for a cook out. I will have a burger without the bun and will skip the dessert. These relatives are not big drinkers, so I will easily limit myself to one drink, quite likely none.

Gotta stay focused.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
