I did not weigh myself in a few days. I have been focused on a lot of other things and look what happened ? The weight is going down! I even cheated a bit-didn’t go crazy but just wasn’t worried as much. ❤️
238.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

I think when we stress soooooo much it does more harm than good I try to weigh my self daily because trying different things but in average I used to weigh myself once a week it was usually a Tuesday! If I seen scale going up I’d make changes in hopes by next weigh in I’ll be back on track

being busy helps keep your mind from being preoccupied with little things. congrats on continueing to move forward!
