ok, I decided to post my weight this morning, it has been toppling over 170 but at least it is below that now. I really messed up for the last couple weeks off & on, but I think I'm ok, at least for today....at least for right now at this moment. Things are still up/down/all around in my life and that really stresses me and sometimes gets me down. I know I have a lot to be grateful for and there are good things but still, just give me a break.
On another note, quick question; Has anyone heard or tried the A-List Diet? it is a book by Dr. Fred Pescatore and uses BCAA, also something I haven't heard of using. I don't have the book just a small article about it. Has anyone tried BCAA (branched chain amino acids--leucine, isoleucine and valine)? The article says his plan is basically a low carb high quality protein, nonstarchy vegies 1-2 serving fat & BCAA shake as a snack(morning & bedtime). Let me know if you have tried it or know about BCAA I looked for the diet here but didn't find it, maybe it is listed differently than my search.
