But of a gain. Not sure what I did but I’m gonna keep on ! I’m worried because if I stop doing something ie intermittent fasting and then go back I seem to gain weight. Which is not sustainable. Trying to problem solve
244.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
