On a business trip. Big dinner coming up tonight so I need some rules:
1) No bread
2) Eat the salad
3) Only one glass of wine (awww, this really hurts!)
4) Drink a full glass of water
5) One bite of dessert, or no dessert

Anything else?
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Oil and Vinegar on your salad, no mayo based dressings, I just eat good balsamic on my salad and skip the olive oil altogether:)
