I have to change what my diet plan is on my page. It's not keto, but I guess it's still considered low carb (<100g most days)? Depends on the day I suppose.
177.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week
