Leaving in a couple of hours. Jim's younger brother is in Hospice Care and not expected live more than a week or two. We're driving because Jim can't do planes. He did this same trip with his his X (our Sister-in-in love) the first of June. 4800 miles round trip in 5 1/2 days. We'll probably take a week. I'm gonna do my best to do straight through but my body may not allow it. We want to get there while he's still cognizant. I also want to stay more than 24 hours if it
makes sense.

I'm going to stay as close to my WOE as I can. I'd like to come back to no weight gain. The important thing is for Jim to get to say goodbye to his little bro. 💕

149.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
