I'll admit, I was expecting a little less, but every little bit off is still a win. It's been a busy week and we had to eat out often. I logged everything but when eating out you have to make guesses, not making excuses, just stating the facts. This week should be easier since we don't have as many social things going on.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
