Well, this is what happens when you "take a break" from dieting - the weight goes up! No one but myself to blame. In 12 days I'll be boarding a plane for my vacation in Ireland, so for the next 12 days I need to REALLY focus on my food & calorie intake. And getting more exercise would be helpful. My plan while in Ireland is to do as much walking as possible, and hopefully not TOO much drinking.... We'll see how THAT goes!;)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
