Well, if this is any indication, I put on about a pound on my visit for a week with dad. Not bad considering time in a relaxed state and no exercise. Tomorrow will tell the tale.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
