I don't get it 😭😭😭. I think my scale is not working correctly. I think it was premature with the lower number. I'm still down one pound this weekend. Gotta take my wins
263.6 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s just water. Especially after your one hour workout yesterday. Those muscles you challenged are swollen with loads of extra H2O. Keep drinking water and flush away. Jimmie pop is right, focus in the diet and exercise, not the scale.
