166.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2010:
1075 kcal Fat: 57.22g | Prot: 120.49g | Carb: 22.55g.   Breakfast: olive oil 2 Tsp, low sodium soy sauce, spinach, chicken 8 oz (6:30am). Lunch: cream cheese, celery (noon) (didn't go shopping for normal lunch foods). Dinner: broccoli, salsa 1 Tsp, butter, Chicken Breast (7pm). Snacks/Other: 1 oz cheddar cheese, Joyce's carb adjustment(.5), eas shake 1 bottle ( snack 10 am). more...
