Went away for the weekend... didn’t even cheat!!! But, I did snack late at night on too many nuts.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good Work, and even better self control. Dependent upon the nuts it can be helpful or harmful to your diet. (almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts ---all raw if you can do it ) .... Keep it up, cause your doing awesome !!!!
