One pound a week! Glad to shed it!!! It took 32 miles on my pedal bike to get it done this week! Harder and harder to loose them it seems! 💪🙄
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
