All good. A couple things working against me today.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2350 kcal Fat: 122.47g | Prot: 171.21g | Carb: 140.58g.   Breakfast: Cheddar Cheese, British Columbia spartan apple, White Bread, Butter, Boiled Egg, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, 2% Fat Milk, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Lunch: Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Haagen-Dazs Vanilla & Almonds Ice Cream Bars. Snacks/Other: Driscoll's Raspberries, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, 2% Fat Milk. more...
