Down .8 since last week. Tomorrow was to be the second day, but I feel like it's time for a reset. I'm traveling tomorrow and will be back in the evening. Maintenance calories or a little better for the first time in 3 weeks.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am jealous.....if I would just do what I know I have to, I would be down at least 5....looks like you are doing really good....don't understand what you are doing, but it's working for you....great:-)

Basically 5 days a week I try to stay at 90% calories or less. Normally less. These other day that I refer to as my 'down cycle' I go to 16:8, often called intermittent fasting and attempt to be at 70% or less without writing about carb calories, weighing in each of those days at the tail end of the 16, which gives me a pretty good low carb weight. It gives me a lot of freedom on the 'up' days.

Interesting diet, btw. How are you syncing lifting with your 5:2 diet format?
