I got weighed at the Dr's office today. Guess my stress level was higher than I thought. I'm back on track even with the stress life throws at me. Not giving up, starting fresh and getting healthy. I can't take care of a sick son if I can't take care of myself. I keep telling myself positive thoughts. I've got this!😁
180.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just catching up on posts and noticed your desire to quit smoking. My husband went to a Heart Association Quit class. One of the things they said that was very helpful to him was "the desire to smoke will pass whether you smoke or not. Good luch. I hope your son is in recovery. Take good care of yoursel too. ❤

Thank you both. I quit for 3 weeks and then my son got sick March 5th and has been out of school since then. He couldn't eat and lost a lot of weight. I gained weight and went right back to it. We're slowly getting him better so once he gets situated I'm going to quit. I'm determined to. Thank you for the support and prayers. I need them both right now. 😁

So sorry to hear about your son & glad to hear that he is on the mend! I’m glad that you are back! The most important thing today is to get back on track after we fall off.
