I am losing weight but after several surgeries I found out that I have Colitis. I have never had any issues with food but now I'm learning how to eat. Very small portions, no seeds, sugar and not many carbohydrates. It is a big adjustment but something that I have to deal with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that. Many people have undiagnosed food allergies and busted pipes, never learning how to control health with nutrition. I watch hundreds of medical videos and read hundreds of medical articles and abstracts and studies. I can tell you that cabbage should be a staple in your fridge. Shredded raw with a little diluted apple cider vinegar if you can tolerate it, lemon juice or even chopped up in jello, as much cabbage as you can eat. Ease off dairy 🥛 products and limit red meats (acidic). Naturally, no one dieting should have alcohol 🍺 🍷 as it interferes with the liver, also damages GI tract. You need to heal your GI tract. Fresh pineapple 🍍 and Greek yogurt, dandelion greens and/or tea 🍵 are easy on system.

Thank you for the advice! Gosh I would of never thought that cabbage would be good to eat. I do love eating it so I will give it a try. Greek yogurt is what I eat with pineapple so I must be learning. I am trying to journal so if I do get sick that is something I will stay away from. Thanks again for the advice, have a great day!
