It helps (NOT!!) that my wife had her left knee replaced last Friday so I have been driving back and forth to Boston or to rehab every day. She is fine and coming home today.

175.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb. Still to go: 10.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.1 lb a week
