Today is my first day drinking black coffee and sugar free, well I started drinking coffee without sugar in January of last year but I drink it with milk plus coconut oil, but now that I'm doing intermittent fasting I can not drink my coffee like that in the morning , and I am addicted to caffeine, I can hold it until noon without coffee, after that time the headache kills me, so here I am. 😊😐🍵 Today I will do 20 hours of fasting, I hope I can do more, I want to go little by little, I had insomnia some days of last week but I'm already sleeping very well. Good luck...I need to rid my system too but only can do so much at once to get this done correctly ...will remember what you are doing in hopes to try it one day...until then sipping mine with mct oil and stevia...have a great day;)

thanks 😊, I am going to drink green tea with caffeine too, to avoid the headaches,I am doing not too bad with Intermittent Fasting, I am still thinking about food in the mornings, because I have been that kind of people that eat 24/7, it's how I got fat , I am trying to educate my stomach

I don't do the fasting part but I had to adjust my coffee selections with my new WOE. I did drop the sugar, and I dropped the foofy coffees for the most part. I have basically switched to Americanos with sugar free flavors and fat free 1/2 and 1/2 (occasionally). The interesting part here is that as I was dropping weight I noticed that my craving for coffee was dropping off. I used to drink it all day even right before bed. now I have coffee in the morning and then I nurse a cup for the rest of the day. pretty much none after I get home from work. I still love coffee and I'll even pour a cup in the evening and then just not finish it. I don't have the withdrawals or anything. It is just a new thing on my journey.

I used to drink coffee a cup in morning, cup in afternoon and one before bed cuz if I didn’t start the day with coffee I had migraine headache all day😩so now as of few months ago I get a cup of coffee in am which I don’t finish all the time and started drinking hot tea at nite which doesn’t keep me up as bad as coffee did . It’s just a change for ur body to get used to due to the elimination of caffeine lil by lil so u can function for the day😄👍🏼 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

thanks guys 😊, it's what I am going to do, stop drinking coffee little by little , I really like coffee but I would like to drink it just because I want, not because I need it.
