Have a plan to get me through the end of the month - I set goals month to month and so far haven't done so good in March. Hope to eat really light until Monday and maybe show a loss month to date of at least 3 pounds. Then I go on a mini vacation, back home sometime Thursday. Will hopefully do lots of walking and enjoy eating, but not over do it and hopefully not gain during those 4 days. If I do, I have Friday and Saturday to try to salvage the month.
