Calories in check today and actually got majority of some all vitamins and minerals. Will still need to take a multi vitamin. Interesting enough vitamin B & E are harder to achieve, but vitamins A/C are in alot of stuff.
My boyfriend has made two super healthy dinners for us this weekend. Cholesterol numbers have been under 200.
Its almost surreal to eating so healthy across the Board. To be continued

☺☺☺ very lucky Doobs since my cooking is,not so great!!!! You get that alot in America, alot of the men can cook better than the women, especially women working sometimes 60+ plus hours a week
