Question. Learning new FS format. How do I add a Saved Meal? Thanks

First, I use a computer. On the page where you enter your food, there is a list of actions. Under where it says "My Favorite Meals" there is a choice at the bottom that says "add new". When you click on that, you get a form to fill out.

On the phone ap hit cooy and tell it which of the day’s meals you want to copy and then follow the prompts for the kind of meal it’s good for and what to call it. Takes about 2 minutes. 🤷🏻‍♀️
