Humph! My weight was up a pound. That was from China Buffet yesterday. So, today I was very good. My carbs, protein, and fats are all within the target range. My calories fell well under my goal. I am not hungry, but I am tired. After lunch, I dozed off in the car, and when I got home, I took a nap. Now, I am sleepy again.
150.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
