Progress is progress, even if it is slow. And slow progress is definitely better than no progress.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yaaasss!!! Honestly, we didn't put all this weight on in a month or two, so why do we expect to lose it that quickly. Slow steady weight loss has been proven to be kept off more easily than quick weight loss (which is usually water weight that dehydrates the muscle)
