My weight corrected itself back down 3 lbs. YAY! The 4 lb regain over the last 4 days was scaring me. I was second guessing myself that I might not be a good candidate for LCHF. I know I shouldn't weigh everyday, it's not that I am looking for a loss each day, it is to make sure that I am not gaining. I still have a hard time thinking I can burn fat for energy and weight loss. I gotta get over it!
I received the nicest Valentine's gift from my husband last night. He gave me a Pandora bracelet with a few Disney charms. We have gone on a couple of Disney cruises to the Bahamas and Disney World with our family and he wanted to give me something memorable. I love him! I gave him a new Harley t-shirt.
