Weight lat Sunday = 201.2
This Sunday = 200

Was rather disheartened during the week as a stalled at 201.2 for 5 days.
Just got to remember the bigger picture, this is a marathon not a sprint.

A loss is in a week is still a loss
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
