Lost some ground over the holidays, but am optimistic that I will make it back up going forward.
279.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

me too.. Im going forward and also to have a better mind set of its a life style not a quick fix...

That's right quick fixes mean you gain it back in spades. The turtle wins the race and it will be solid. Good Luck with your journey.
