I like an alpen light bar and a satsuma, or an apple and a bit of cheese.

Them goodnessknows cranberry and almond cereal bars are nice. Also you can snack on carrots and hummus And the other day, Tracey snapped a pic of sweet chilli rice crackers which looked really nice!! X

I love smoked salmon with cucumber combo or low fat popcorn as you eat it for a long time and don't reach for something else.

Have a drink of water and go for a walk! Takes your mind off it... it's worked for me.

small banana, cucumber strips, carrot, apple. Just have to remember a snack is small.

I keep boiled eggs in the fridge, very filling and relatively low in calories, you won't want more than one.

anytime you eat you spike your insulin. i agree with mrvest. drink water and go for a walk. if you are hungry you didnt eat enough fat and protein at your last meal. add eggs, nuts, avocado as part of your last meal. never snack. i go 20 hours between meals, no problem.

Roast flavoured chickpeas. They fill you up quickly, are low in calories taste nice and help regulate blood sugars. Love the trusty old chickpea.
