ok its been a long minute since ive loged in what im eating, ive been sick, it seems like 10 plus days first the flu got better only to get a head cold🤒🤕😷 ive sort of been good but ate a few mini donuts the other day n a few snowballs yesterday, very dissapointed in myself i had a good stretch of eating correctly, 😆 well as of this am i started back doing good even tho my head is acheing n i feel real sick, but i hate being so fat n the only way to fix it is to stay on a good eating plan,😇
