So I figured I would post an update. Thanksgiving I definitely enjoyed myself and ALL the food. I gained a little bit of water weight which was expected. I am also trying something new during the holiday season because with all the events coming up I would like to be able to enjoy. I am doing OMAD but not keto. The water weight is coming off and I honestly feel like this is something I could stick to as a lifestyle. With four kids all 5 and under (all of them being a year apart 😳) sometimes I forget to eat or don't even get a chance to actually sit down to eat. I know it seems like I switch my diet up a lot but I really want to find something that works and I can stick to long term. So, we shall see. 😊

In December I switched to Jenny Craig. Expensive for the food, but at least then I don't have to cook much - just the veggies. So that saves some time. My husband is doing it with me, and it's really working for him. 27 pounds in a month. I've lost 8. December was tough with the alcohol and treats.... So we hit our all time highs at that point which motivated us to get serious again. I hope you and your kids are doing OK. You have been an inspiration to me.
