Weigh in not bad, considering the massive carb influx yesterday. Succumbed to eventual ex-wife (EEW) and her accidental Gluten-free chocolate-sour cream cupcakes. No one else liked the accidental outcome. Keto-boy loved ‘em! Out to thrift stores and Santa Monica Beach today. Just me and the throngs of other humans. Dive bars too. Maybe a tattoo!
212.3 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
